Alessandro B. Mikaelian

A prominent producer, Alessandro serves, since 2014, as a partner and responsible for business development at Dot Motion Studio – Motion Capture, with works such as the Rio Olympic Games Usain Bolt live game at Barra Shopping; Rock and Rio – Hellman’s tomato sauce animation and Tim – TV advertising campaign. He was also a Field Producer at the USA in 2014 for “Nascidos para Lutar”; two documentaries about UFC fighters Lyoto Machida and Glover Teixeira living and training in California. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as a Freelance Producer/Director/Editor in Australia and the USA, creating marketing strategies for small companies to improve their online presence by designing and developing promo, event and customer case videos. Before that, he was the Executive/Field Producer for “Legendary Routes”, a full length documentary about Route 66. Other works include 2007’s Berços de Ouro, a full length documentary about mining in Brazil and 2006’s Nomes da Moda, a 12 episode cable tv show about the most influential fashion designers from Brazil. He was also a music producer from 1999 to 2006, being the Field of Play Sound Engineer for Sydney 2000 Olympics through Panasonic Pty Ltd at the Shooting and equestrian venues; and also responsible for sound and lighting production for many music concerts varying from Ricky Martin – Living la vida loca tour, The Big Day Out rock music festival, AC/DC, Chemical Brothers, to mention a few.
